An experienced insurance practitioner, Francoise Fraudeau managed the Marine Consultant liaison office in Dakar, where the main goal was to promote and cement the existing ties between Marine Consultant and West Africa.
She loved SENEGAL. She died at Dakar on October 26th, 2017 in a horrible fire accident.
